SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy, full-service SmartStyle salon in Washington. Experienced stylists transitioning to management are welcome, with full training provided and a focus on growth within a supportive family-owned environment.

You’ll mentor stylists, drive daily operations, and help grow the salon’s local reputation while delivering excellent customer service and staying current with salon software and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license) is required.
• Strong leadership with experience managing a team, even in another industry.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and mentor stylists.
• Customer-focused, professional demeanor with excellent communication.

• Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support.
• Set and achieve goals for the team; manage daily operations and local reputation.
