The role offers an hourly wage of $24–$38+ with incentives and daily credit card tips, plus leadership development and opportunities to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).
• Strong haircutting skills and ability to coach others to grow their skills.
• Proven leadership or readiness to take full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication and desire to motivate, develop and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports).
• Goal-oriented with focus on team performance and customer experience.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
