Job summary

Great Clips West Bend is seeking a licensed cosmetologist or barber to join as Salon Manager. You’ll lead, inspire, and grow with a team, coaching stylists and overseeing daily salon operations.

This hands-on leadership role combines people management with delivering great haircuts and customer service. The position offers a reliable hourly wage, tips, and career growth within the world’s largest salon brand, with training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
