Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts Murfreesboro, opening a new location, seeks a Founding Salon Manager to lead the team and set the store culture. If you are a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience, you’ll build a brand-new shop and grow with a local owner.

You’ll lead, hire, and train a championship-caliber staff, drive sales and retention using the Success Track, and ensure clients receive the signature 5-point service while representing the new store at local events.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of salon management or leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Lead the Huddle: Recruit, hire, and train a championship-caliber team of stylists.
• Drive Performance: Use our simple "Success Track" systems to hit sales goals and client retention targets.
• The MVP Experience: Ensure every client receives our signature 5-point service.
