Sport Clips Haircuts in Hermitage, TN is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hairstylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into a leadership career while still cutting hair.

You will coach stylists, manage scheduling, open/close duties, and uphold salon standards, all while ensuring a welcoming, team‑focused culture and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Active TN Cosmetology or BarberLicense.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
