Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a Salon Manager in Auburn, WA to lead a busy salon and coach a team of stylists. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber, you’ll supervise operations, schedule peak hours, and deliver great haircuts while building a strong team culture.

You’ll receive a base pay of $25–$26 per hour, with the potential to exceed $40–$50 per hour with tips and incentives. Comprehensive training and benefits support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid WA Cosmetology or Barber license.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
