Keema Salon in Burr Ridge, IL, a luxury L’ANZA Healing Center, is seeking a Front End Lead Coordinator to join our high-performing team. You will lead the front desk, partner with the Salon Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, sales experience, and tech-savvy with Excel and scheduling software. Evening and Saturday availability is desirable in our fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a front desk lead, salon coordinator, or shift supervisor in the beauty industry.
• Sales experience a must.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and tech-savvy (Excel + scheduling software).
• Familiar with beauty trends and social media.
• Detail-oriented with leadership potential.
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Bonus: Cosmetology license or beauty retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and support salon management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests.
• Train and support front desk team members.
• Manage retail inventory: intake, counts, display, and ordering.
• Monitor and apply additional charges using Phorest salon software.
• Recommend products and services to boost retail sales.

About the Role:

As the Front End Lead Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression of Keema Salon. You’ll work closely with the Salon Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, lead the front desk team, and support sales, guest satisfaction, and overall salon efficiency.
