You will conduct in-office and virtual consultations, explain ARTAS robotic transplant, FUE/FUT, PRP, pricing and timelines, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver a trusted patient experience. Competitive compensation with commission and benefits.

• Experience in medical aesthetics or elective healthcare sales (required).
• Proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-office and virtual consultations with prospective patients seeking hair restoration.
• Educate patients on hair transplant options and technologies (ARTAS Robotic, FUE/FUT, PRP).
• Explain candidacy, timelines, pricing, and expected outcomes per physician guidance.
• Provide consultative guidance for select cosmetic services when appropriate.
• Build rapport by listening to patient concerns and delivering personalized plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure accurate medical information.
• Prepare and present customized treatment plans, financing options, and memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maximize conversions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of leads, consultations, and sales in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals while upholding patient care standards.
• Represent Berman Skin Institute with professionalism and integrity.
