Qualifications

• Provide hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales of $800 for hair services and drive retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and ingredients/benefits to advise guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store-wide goals related to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen with understanding of drivers and opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and improve guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Keep up-to-date on new industry trends, products, and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
