Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a skilled Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs, deliver quality services, and drive sales of services and retail products. You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to in-store procedures.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced salon

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficient in hair design, color, styling and makeup applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to assess hair care needs and provide product/service recommendations.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest total look and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and salon appearance.
• Follow all Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
