Job summary

VaZa Salon in Town of Ossining, NY is seeking motivated individuals to start a structured education program and train behind the chair under a dedicated mentor. You’ll move from shadowing to hands-on practice with milestones and feedback from day one.

After completing the intro phase, you’ll begin taking your own clients within 3 months, supported by coaching and a concrete plan to grow your book in a wellness‑conscious, balanced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist stylists with shampooing, treatments, and client prep
• Keep salon areas clean and welcoming
• Support front desk operations when needed
• Stay engaged and keep learning every shift, this is your time to grow
• Educate guests on products and services with guidance from your mentor
• Completing associate program in phases to become a hair stylist
