Job summary

Sonsoft Inc., located in Agoura Hills, California, is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Big Data technologies for a Full-Time & Permanent position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Hadoop Framework, Hive, Sqoop, and Spark, along with a minimum of 4 years in information technologies.

Job Description

• At least 2 years of experience in big data space.
• At least 2 years of experience in DW/BI related technologies and Hadoop Framework, Hive, Sqoop, Spark – must.
• At least 2 years of experience in project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in design, development & build activities in Hadoop Framework, Hive, Sqoop, Spark projects.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the information technologies.
