Job description

A Test Specialist is essentially one who researches, analyzes and designs computer-based solutions for defined scientific or engineering problems. Responsibilities include working closely with product teams, validating product quality, managing data, building automation tests, and ensuring end‑to‑end performance, security, and compliance.

• Work closely with product development and provide verification, validation, and testing on products, solutions, and services to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Store, retrieve and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
• Perform validations on new features and ensure customer delivery readiness across software, firmware, and hardware.
• Focus on functional, contractual, performance, and security tests that reflect end‑to‑end customer usage.
• Design and support test design, maintain quality engineering commitments, and drive continuous quality.
• Create automation tests, support test‑driven development, continuous integration, and incremental delivery.
• Build tests iteratively with DevOps processes while ensuring security.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to develop test requirements.
• Support assurance for product managers and system integration teams through usage scenarios.
• Test and learn to identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and experiment with solutions.
• Design, execute, and improve automated tests within a CI/CD environment.
• Perform end‑to‑end solution testing in lab environments.
• Identify issues and provide real‑time solutions.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
