• Lead and assist in the evolving design and implementation of solutions for multiple large data warehouses with a solid understanding of cluster and parallel architecture, as well as high‑scale or distributed RDBMS and/or knowledge on NoSQL platforms
• Ability to interact with executive stake holders and drive the strategy for the Hadoop platform
• In‑depth experience in setting up and configuring Hadoop clusters and its eco‑system technologies
• In‑depth and hands‑on experience in coding, developing, testing, and deployment of Hadoop and Big Data solutions using JVM based languages (Scala, Java)
• Very strong background in Linux operating system
• Clearly able to document requirements, design and testing specifications
• Ability to write code with scripting languages like Python
• Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools
