A dedicated care center is seeking an Autism Tech in Brownwood, Texas. The candidate will implement individualized treatment programs and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance the quality of life for children. Responsibilities include data collection on child progress and ensuring safety during sessions. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a high school diploma, and experience with children aged 3-15. Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and 18 years of age.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Experience working with children aged 3 to 15.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collect and summarize data on children’s progress.
• Conduct preference assessments.
• Ensure safety and care of the child.
• Model skill training for parents.
• Ensure child safety and proper care at all times.
• Model correct behavioral and skill training for parents and caregivers.
• Maintain and create training materials to support the program.
• Provide progress feedback to Behavior Analysts.
• Communicate daily session information to the child’s caretaker.
• Support the program through other duties aligned with the role.

Responsibilities

• Performing pre/post treatment sessions activities
• Conducting preference assessments
• Participating in training and staff development activities
• Ensuring the child’s safety and care
• Modeling correct behavioral and skill training interventions for parents
• Maintaining and creating training materials
• Providing feedback on child’s progress to Behavior Analysts

Education and Experience

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
