The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up, preparing, and serving food and beverages at banquets, receptions, breaks, and meetings. An experienced server should be familiar with menus, setup, and upcoming event details. Candidates must have an outgoing, professional, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.

Essential duties include providing high-quality guest service, serving food and beverages, understanding food and alcohol safety, and supporting other departments as needed. Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and varied schedules is required. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all policies and safety standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, knowledge of wines and spirits, and a valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License. Preference for Mescalero Apache Tribal members and bicultural candidates. Must be 19+ years old.

The physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in loud, smoky, and sometimes stressful environments.
