Summary Of Position

Assists in the receiving and storing of liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies as directed. Assists in the requisitioning and daily stocking of the bar, filling ice bins, stocking drink cups and glassware, and stocking juices. Cleans bar tops, counters, and under bar areas and empties trash and cleans trash containers as directed. Assists bar staff and other team members as required.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management’s discretion:
  • Restocks ice, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages;
  • Knows all “well” or “house” brands of liquor, beers, and house wines;
  • Removes all empty bottles from bars;
  • Maintains storage cabinets in proper order at all times;
  • Cleans and organizes walk-in cooler daily;
  • Assists Bartender with cleaning and organizing bar at end of shift;
  • Removes trash from bar at the end of shift;
  • Cleans spills from bar top;
  • Maintains a clear work section;
  • Knows how to operate POS system;
  • Pours drinks by using true measure ( jigger)
  • Performs other duties assigned;
  • Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures;
  • Obtains and maintains Alcohol Server License;
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year job related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Must be able to use hand held communications devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The team member must be able to stand for several hours.
