H2FIT: Installation Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach (Part Time On Call) - Fort Irwin, CA

If you love high-profile and challenging projects supporting the US Army, Serco has a great opportunity for you! This Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) will be part of a dynamic team supporting the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2 FIT) initiative, the Army's investment in Soldier Readiness. The Installation Lead position is dual-hatted, with the primary responsibility being the Lead SCC role. The Installation Lead is overall responsible for operations at the assigned installation, serving as the primary point of contact and providing leadership and guidance for all personnel, including task assignment, supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and management of overall performance at the location. This role ensures the quality and efficiency of the contract site, including service delivery, technical matters, and business processes. The Installation Lead reports directly to the Regional Manager/Alternate Program Manager.

The position involves responsibilities such as overseeing the implementation of fitness programs, coordinating with military personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
