Job summary

Cognito Systems, a joint venture involving QuarterLine Consulting Services, is seeking an Athletic Trainer for the U.S. Army H2F program at Ft. Lee, VA.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on performance optimization and injury prevention across ready forces. You will deliver prevention-focused care, manage injuries, and support readiness using CIMT tools, contributing to improved ACFT scores and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Accreditation by CAATE.
• BOC certification or passing score.
• NPI required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver prevention-focused care, acute injury management and rehabilitation for MSK injuries.
• Address five H2F readiness domains: physical, mental, nutritional, sleep, spiritual.
• Support unit leaders with strategies to reduce injuries and promote recovery.
• Use CIMT-developed tools to track and improve performance outcomes.
• Aim to improve soldier performance and ACFT pass rates.
