An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Hospital at Night Assistant Practitioner to join their enthusiastic nursing team. This part-time role involves delivering high-quality care during out-of-hours periods, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and actively participating in service improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join an enthusiastic nursing team within the Hospital at Night Team based at Perth Royal Infirmary. You will be expected to have good communication skills and work closely with various members of the multidisciplinary team. You will also be expected to cover Ninewells hospital as per the needs of the service on a regular basis every month.
Your role will involve carrying out a variety of technical and clinical activities within an agreed competency framework. You should be motivated and committed to providing high standards care. Hospital at Night is an evolving service and you will be required to actively participate in service improvement to support the safe, effective and efficient delivery of patient centred care in the out of hours period.

Hours of work are: 28.37hrs (10 shifts over 4 week roster)
