Sales Advisor Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell our products to customers
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

General Information

• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers
• Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers

Team & Development

• Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store
• Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses for future development

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms)
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual & commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Maintain best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc.)
• Support opening and closing of the store
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities
