Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair processes related to electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing assembly.
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must adhere to ESD and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gyro-stabilized camera systems according to detailed design drawings and build procedures.
• Calibrate assembled systems to meet specified performance standards.
• Test commercial, military, and other aerospace components, subassemblies, and systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Diagnose and repair defects or malfunctions in aerospace components and systems.
• Document test results and repair actions taken.
• Read and interpret design drawings, build procedures, guidelines, and standard practices.
• Follow established procedures to ensure that product specifications are met.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly, calibration, testing, and repair activities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform assembly and repair tasks.
