Job summary

Jobot Consulting seeks an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Fountain Valley, CA. This temp-to-hire role focuses on managing gynecologic oncology trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in clinical research, with proficiency in trial management systems. Onsite work Mon-Fri; Spanish and English fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research coordination.
• Prior experience in Gynecologic Oncology (GynOnc) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical trial design, management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and data analysis.
• Ensure all trials are conducted per protocol, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with study sponsors, investigators, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on clinical trials.
