Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time, board-certified Gynecologist to join our multi-specialty group located in central Florida, at The Villages.

The incoming physician will be office-based, working alongside 3 gynecologists and 1 nurse practitioner in a new state-of-the-art facility. The role involves providing gynecologic clinic and surgical services, with no obstetrics responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive gynecologic assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers.
2. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Educate patients and their families about gynecology health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
4. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.

Job Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or certified.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
