Job Description:
- This OB/GYN will join the current practice, which has 4.5 FTE, adding another 1.0 OB/GYN to achieve a call schedule of 1:6 when this person is hired.
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, plus every 6th weekend. Each provider takes turns doing a 24-hour shift during the week, followed by a post-call day with light administrative duties and no patient visits.
- The provider will perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and evacuations for missed abortions. Both locations are equipped with robotic surgical systems.
Facility Description:
- Level 2 nursery in need of a permanent OB/GYN.
- Approximately 80% low-risk pregnancies.
- Cesarean section rate of 25-30%.
- Meditech EMR system.
- All office equipment is new.
