100% GYN Opportunity in Central Florida - Near Orlando

Job Description:

1. Income Guarantee (Recruitment)

3. Practice has been serving the community since 2011.
4. 100% GYN only setting
5. Group has a full-time office in town, with part-time offices in two other markets. Recruitment is for full-time in town.
6. Call 1 in 2 for office, 1 in 3 for hospital.
7. Partnership Track.
8. Work exclusivity from the Medical Center.
9. This role involves both office practice and hospital surgical practice.
10. Competitive financial package being offered, including a guaranteed salary for the first few years, followed by incentive-based and production pay, along with a comprehensive benefits package (malpractice, health, dental, vision, relocation expenses, vacation, CME). Additional benefits include a commencement bonus and potential medical education debt assistance.

Team and Location Details:

1. 6 OB/GYNs in the combined service area, 2 in primary service.
2. Note: Hospital does not have a DaVinci robot.
