• Manage 12-16 patients per day, with potential surgical duties.
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call.

Job description

Gynecological Oncologist and/or Medical Oncology with a specialization in Gynecologic malignancies sought to fill a vacancy in Central Connecticut while a permanent provider is sought.

-ASAP need, full-time through September 2025
-Primary need is for pre-chemotherapy visits and surveillance visits in the office; surgery could be helpful but is not necessary.
-12-16 patients per day in office
-If surgical, 2-3 per day
-Weeknight call 1-2 per week (typically by phone only)
-Weekend call 1:3 or negotiable
-5 Physicians in the group, all giving chemo and performing surgeries
-3 APPs who do outpatient pre-chemo visits, cancer surveillance visits, minor procedures, and 2 inpatient APPs as well.

Offering competitive hourly compensation (1099), along with complimentary medical malpractice coverage, and travel reimbursement, to include airfare, lodging, rental car/fuel, or mileage reimbursement.
