Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program and licensed RN in WA or NLC.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 3 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the clinic flow and direct nursing care.
• Provides continuity of care between clinic, hospital, ER, Home Health, Hospice and LTC facilities.
• Triages patients in person and by phone and develops plan of care.
• Assesses nursing needs and develops nursing diagnoses.
• Collaborates with providers to implement the care plan.
• Oversees medical assistants to ensure care within guidelines.
