Mcpherson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Gynecologist focused on operative gynecology in the OR and clinic-based care at the Rural Health Clinic. This is a gynecology-only role with no routine obstetric duties.

The ideal candidate will perform complex gynecologic procedures and manage outpatient gynecologic care while collaborating with anesthesia, nursing, and surgical teams. Excellent patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active (or eligible) state medical license.
• Surgical proficiency in gynecologic procedures.
• DEA license (or eligibility).
• Fellowship training or advanced experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Experience working in high-volume surgical and outpatient procedural settings.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based gynecologic care.

Responsabilités

• Operative (OR) responsibilities including hysterectomy, laparoscopy, myomectomy, oophorectomy and more.
• RHC responsibilities: outpatient gynecologic care and procedures.
• Clinical & Administrative duties: EMR documentation, quality improvement, teamwork.
• Supervise and educate residents, fellows, and students; participate in departmental activities.
• Scope: gynecology-focused practice with limited obstetric responsibilities.

Formation

MD/DO degree

ACGME OB/GYN residency

Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Active medical license

DEA license or eligibility

Surgical proficiency in gynecologic procedures

Fellowship or advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery

Experience in high-volume surgical/outpatient settings

Commitment to patient-centered care
