Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Gynecologic-Oncology Physician for locum tenens coverage at a Level 1 trauma hospital in Michigan.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend rotation and a 1:4 call. Duties include clinic and inpatient consults, and chemo oversight discussion now handled by medical oncology; credentialing anticipated in 90–120 days.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology.
• Active Michigan medical license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Clinic and inpatient consults for gynecologic oncology patients.
• Participate in 1:4 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with medical oncology for chemo oversight.

This facility is seeking Gynecology Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; rotation of weekends. 1:4 call
• Practice Setting: Hospital Based - Level 1 trauma
• Types of Cases: Clinic and in-patient consults ; Gynecology cases ; Discussion of chemo oversight - currently transitioned to medical oncology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
• Certifications Required: Board certification or board eligible; Basic Life Support; Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Licensure Required: Active MI license required
