JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our GYN Oncology Division who has a long record of clinical excellence with an emphasis on surgical expertise. We also have matured, collaborative relationships with surgical oncologists, surgical critical care intensivists, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, genetic counselors, and palliative care physicians.

Key Details About the Position:

• Position: Full-time Academic Gynecologic Oncologist
• Location: Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, High Point, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro, NC
• Team: Join a team of five board-certified/eligible gynecologic oncologists, advanced practitioners, and a recently accredited gynecologic oncology fellowship program.
• Clinical Focus: Emphasis on surgical expertise with strong collaborations with oncology specialists across various disciplines.
• Research Opportunities: Access to a robust clinical trials portfolio through the NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, with a focus on investigator-initiated trials.
• Educational Role: Involvement in educational conferences, case-based didactics, tumor boards, and quality improvement meetings.
• Work Environment: Join a dynamic team of over 60 providers, 24 residents, and 12 fellows within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
