Job summary

NBSTSA in Westminster, Colorado, seeks a Gynecologic Oncologist to diagnose and treat cancers of the female reproductive system, performing radical and minimally invasive surgeries and leading multidisciplinary care teams.

The role entails developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with tumor boards, and providing comprehensive survivorship care, with a base salary, CME allowance, and recruiting incentives. Board-certified or eligible candidates welcomed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Residency or fellowship in gynecologic oncology must be completed.
• Unrestricted DEA registration is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology.
• Medical staff privileges within the sponsoring health system.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and stage gynecologic cancers using exams, biopsies, labs, and imaging.
• Perform radical, complex, and minimally invasive/robotic gynecologic surgeries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using chemotherapy, hormonal therapies, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Participate in Tumor Boards with other specialists for coordinated care.
• Provide long-term follow-up for recovery, recurrence screening, and survivorship.
