1. Step into an established medical team with a thriving patient base
2. Main office at Warren Memorial Hospital, opened in 2021, featuring 36 beds, enhanced ED, OR, and Cath labs
3. Blocked OR Time
4. Established outpatient practice seeing an average of 20 patients per day
5. Will see OB patients pre- and post-delivery (no deliveries at this location)
