Job summary

BJC HealthCare in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to advocate for patients, provide education and coordinate care through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and a patient-centered approach.

Minimum requirements include a BSN and RN licensure; oncology/OBGYN experience is preferred. The position features weekdays only, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

• Provides education for the community and referring physicians.
• Facilitate clinical protocols established by Medical Director(s).

We have gynecologic oncologists who specialize in each of these unique types of cancer. That means expert care for you when you need it the most.

BSN Required

3 years of RN experience preferred

Role Purpose

Acts as a patient advocate by providing education , support and interventions that lead to prevention and early detection of cancer, and navigating patients through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process. Performs duties by working with physicians to identify and carry out treatment plans.
