BJC HealthCare in Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse to support gynecologic oncology patients, educate patients, coordinate care, and guide them through diagnosis and treatment.

BSN is required with 3 years of RN experience preferred; OB-GYN or Oncology experience is preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call, emphasizing compassionate, team-based cancer care.

Responsabilités

• Works with the Medical Director and other physicians to identify and carry out the treatment plan.
• Acts as a Patient Advocate helping to navigate patients through the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process.
• Serves as a resource to assist patients and families, other professionals and the community.
• Provides education for the community and referring physicians.
• Facilitate clinical protocols established by Medical Director(s).

BSN Required

Role Purpose

Acts as a patient advocate by providing education , support and interventions that lead to prevention and early detection of cancer, and navigating patients through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process. Performs duties by working with physicians to identify and carry out treatment plans.
