Job summary
Head Over Heels Gymnastics is seeking coaches to join our Xcel Team Programs in Middletown, NJ. You will lead structured team training, implement skill-based lessons, and mentor young gymnasts to build confidence and growth with a strong emphasis on safety and technique.

Qualifications
- History of coaching competitive gymnastics.
- Ability to create a positive and structured training environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach structured team training sessions
- Implement skill-based lesson plans to develop athletes at various levels
- Provide expert instruction, ensuring safety and proper technique
- Mentor and motivate young gymnasts, fostering confidence and growth
- Communicate progress updates to students and parents
- Contribute to program development and team success
