Job summary

Head Over Heels Gymnastics in Sayreville, NJ is seeking coaches to join our Xcel Team Programs. You will lead structured training sessions, develop skill-based lesson plans, and mentor young gymnasts to build confidence and technique.

The ideal candidate has a background in competitive gymnastics coaching, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for safety and growth. We offer full-time and part-time roles with benefits and professional development in state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• History of coaching competitive gymnastics.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create a positive and structured training environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically able to spot athletes and stay active throughout coaching sessions.
