Job summary

The Little Gym of Stratford is seeking a confident Gymnastics Lead Instructor to deliver high-quality gymnastics classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. In this role, you will lead engaging classes, support fellow instructors, and create a nurturing environment.

You will be responsible for teaching foundational gymnastics skills, ensuring safety, and providing outstanding customer service. Compensation for the position ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Join us to make a real impact on children's development!

The fine print (but still important)

We are a gymnastics‑based enrichment center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs focus on confidence, coordination, strength, and social development in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. Classes are non‑competitive and taught in a way that encourages children to progress at their own pace.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
