Job summary

Parkview Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Gymnastics Instructor to guide toddlers and school-age children (3–11) through 30-minute classes, building body awareness and basic gymnastics movements.

You will monitor participants, motivate each student, and maintain a safe, engaging class environment. Requirements include being at least 16, good communication, reliable transportation, and an ability to lead groups. Gymnastics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Strong human relations skills and ability to communicate with participants and staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lead a group while maintaining structure and control.
• Experience in gymnastics is preferred.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
