Schedule

• Part-time mornings: Monday–Friday availability
• 1–3 consistent days per week
• This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We are looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, high-energy classes for young children and their caregivers
• Use The Little Gym curriculum to guide classes (we’ll train you!)
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where both kids and parents feel supported
• Coach parents on how to engage with their child during class activities
• Celebrate milestones and help little ones build confidence week after week
• Provide a top-notch experience for families—we treat our members like family
