Job summary

YMCA of Lincoln is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead gymnastics classes for youth, preparing engaging lesson plans and guiding activities on the gym floor.

You will supervise and mentor participants, model positive behavior, and communicate progress to guardians. Flexible schedules and a welcoming work environment are highlighted by the employer.

• Preparing lesson plans/activities and instructing gymnastics classes.
• Interacting with and supervising youth and providing role modeling and mentoring through demonstration of and participation in activities.
• Communicating with parents/guardians to discuss achievements and concerns.
