Job summary

The Little Gym of Plano is seeking caring, professional staff to teach classes for babies, toddlers and Pre-K. You will guide parents, foster a safe, positive environment, and build strong relationships with families.

Open to flexible schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) with the same weekly time slot. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour based on experience; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Professional childcare experience in a structured setting is required.
• A background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or children's fitness is a major plus.
• Local to Plano, TX with reliable transportation is expected.
• Open availability for any shift and commitment to same weekly time slot.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy classes for babies, toddlers, and Pre-K.
• Guide parents and caregivers during Parent-Child classes.
• Create a safe, positive environment and build trust with families.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist enrollment.
• Support front desk and daily operations; promote memberships.
