The Assistant Program Director role is a full-time position, responsible for assisting the Program Director with the execution of our program at The Little Gym of Rockwall.

Job Description:

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Assist the Program Director in overseeing the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Assist the Program Director in overseeing trainings and evaluations of your fellow The Little Gym team members
