Join to apply for the Gymnastics Coach role at Camp Walt Whitman.

Camp Walt Whitman is seeking a Gymnastics coach for the summer. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and executing lessons for campers aged 8-15 across all skill levels 1-7. Coaches must operate independently and responsibly without constant supervision, and be able to motivate, instruct, and coach a diverse range of interests and skill levels within a single lesson. Modeling good sportsmanship and positive coaching is central to our values.

You will gain experience coaching campers in inter-camp tournaments. This position is ideal for current collegiate athletes looking to gain coaching experience while continuing to train with other athletes in various sports.

Dates: June 10th - August 9th, 2024.

Salary + travel stipend + room & board + CPR & First Aid Certification provided. Internship opportunities are available—please inquire so we can coordinate with your school to meet internship requirements. Some educational institutions require prior approval before starting an internship; students are responsible for verifying their eligibility.
