San Diego Gymnastics is looking for energetic and fun coaches that are career-minded to join our team! If you are enthusiastic about being a part of the movement to improve the health and lives of kids, this is the job for you! We are looking for committed coaches to teach recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events, and after-school programs for children from 18 months and up.

Our programs focus on helping kids safely navigate obstacles, improve gymnastics or parkour skills, and develop balance, flexibility, agility, and strength. We provide a clean, safe, and fun environment where kids can develop athletic skills, make friendships, and learn life skills that last a lifetime. We aim to create an upbeat, inclusive, and rewarding work environment.

Experience with gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, or other coaching or teaching is a plus. USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification, and background checks are required prior to employment.

We have multiple locations across San Diego: Point Loma, Grossmont Center (La Mesa), Otay Ranch (Chula Vista), and Mission Valley.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $30 per hour based on experience, with potential signing bonuses!
