Job summary

Gold's Gym PNW in Kirkland, WA seeks an Assistant General Manager & Social Media Coordinator who blends club leadership with hands-on social content creation. You will lead daily operations, enhance member experiences, and own local campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and Google, using Canva templates and in-club media to tell the club's story.

You will foster team culture, grow community engagement, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels while supporting events

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of staff supervision and onboarding experience.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience (retail, reception, customer service, hospitality, etc.).
• One to two years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club daily, ensuring strong member experiences and clean, friendly, motivating ambiance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to meet targets and uphold brand standards.
• Promote offers and events through timely, on-brand social content across local channels.
• Create on-brand assets using Canva templates for promotions and campaigns.
