Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years gymnastics coaching or instruction experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience delivering classes, camps, events, or youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for a significant portion of shifts, overseeing floor operations and safety.
• Coordinate program changes, floor scheduling, and class rotations to meet quality standards.
• Monitor gym cleanliness, safety, and readiness; assist with safety audits and incident follow-ups.
• Lead on-floor contact with families, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for coaching staff.
• Develop and mentor staff to ensure high-quality instruction and customer service.
• Support event logistics for camps, open gyms, birthday parties, and special events.
• Drive program year-round gymnastics and ninja offerings aligned with academy standards.
