Anytime Fitness, Mayfair - Park Hill is seeking a growth-minded Sales/Membership Manager to drive membership sales, promote fitness programs, and deliver outstanding customer service to our members.

You will call leads, book appointments, give club tours, and track KPIs while participating in community events and marketing initiatives. Earn up to $65,000 with base pay, commission, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Call leads and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Book appointments.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Give club tours.
• Sell fitness memberships and training packages.
• Maintain a clean front office area and general club upkeep.
• Handle member concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Create a fun atmosphere and engage in community events within and outside the club.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to attract new customers.
• Track sales and membership KPIs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
