Job description

AF is seeking responsible Gym Attendant Team Members to manage our Health Clubs by performing cleaning, maintenance, and office duties. The goal is to maintain exceptionally clean and organized gyms while assisting members and prospective members with sales and inquiries.

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Willing to work at multiple locations (at least 2: Mount Kisco NY, Pleasantville NY, Elmsford NY, Yorktown Heights NY)
• Willing to perform various tasks beyond front desk duties
• At least 18 years old
• Available beyond summer months (not a seasonal summer job)

Compensation and hours depend on experience and availability. Typical duties include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Providing exceptional customer service (handling prospective and current members, security)
• Managing emails and marketing communications
• Sales of memberships and personal training (certification preferred)
• Clerical tasks (CRM database, filing, billing)
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude

Note: Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have own reliable car.
