EōS Fitness is hiring a Sales Lead in Syracuse, Utah, to guide a dynamic Sales team. You'll be responsible for meeting sales targets, training staff, and providing top-notch customer service. We seek a motivated leader with experience in sales and customer relations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Strong detail orientation and time management.
• Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
• Sales of club memberships and fitness services.
• Oversee billing processes and monitor the sales process.
• Communicate goals and expectations to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Engage with members and address their concerns.
• Communicate during emergencies clearly with staff and members.
